Is meditation useful for teens and young adults?

Yes, infact it is better to start from childhood. Learning to be in control of the mind instead of letting the mind control us is the purpose of meditation.

We know what is wrong and what is right but we do wrong as if being forced. That is because we get overwhelmed by thoughts and desires. Meditation teaches us to be in control of ourselves.

“The essence of education is to learn to concentrate the mind.” said a great yogi.

So it will be very useful for the young to learn meditation.
